Bevin was born on December 9, 1997 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Lisa and Scott Coker. Bevin attended Stonegate Elementary, Classen School of Advanced Studies, and Harding Fine Arts Academy, where he graduated in 2016.
Bevin enjoyed spending time with pets and was employed by the Oklahoma City Zoo, where he developed special relationships with many employees and animals. Bevin's passion was music. He was a prolific composer and performer under the names Bedrokan and Boenis. He also collaborated with and produced songs for other musicians in the Oklahoma City community. Bevin was also interested in visual art, philosophy, and science. He took pleasure in walking and spent many hours out of doors. He was known for his intelligence, unique insights, and perseverance. He cultivated many strong relationships and had a devoted circle of friends.
Bevin is survived by his father Scott, his mother Lisa, and his younger brother Rhys. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 14, at 11 am at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper at 6600 Broadway Extension, Oklahoma City.
