Barbara graduated in the first class of Carl Albert High School in 1964. Barbara was a successful business woman and owner of several business before joining Wayne, Darrin, and Laine in starting Aviation Services Unlimited in 1995, helping direct the growth and business of the company for over 24 years providing corporate jet maintenance and inspections. Barbara showed compassion and humor to all of the customers and they gravitated to her office after arriving with their aircraft.
Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Wayne O’Berg of the home; son Laine and Lori O’Berg of Yukon; grandson Brady O’Berg of Yukon, OK; granddaughter Chelsea Miller of Elk City, OK; mother Dora White of Midwest City, OK; brother Glen and Donna White of Oklahoma City, OK; sister Eva Brown of Midwest City, OK and many nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by son Darrin W. O’Berg; father J.T. White; brother Allen T. White and sister Joy K. Warren.
The family wishes to thank the staff of Encompass Hospice for their compassionate care during the final days of her life.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, August 15, 2019 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with interment following the services in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
