Amanda Dayleen Kuhlman, 32 year-old resident of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, passed away April 15, 2017 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Amanda was raised and attended school and church in Harrah. Upon graduation from high school she attended and received her degree from Hillsdale Freewill Baptist College at Moore, OK where she was very active in the music and drama department. She had worked at Hertz Car Rental Company as a data entry specialist. Amanda showed lambs, goats, and pigs throughout Jr. High and High School. Amanda loved animals of all kinds, especially her black cat, “Token”. She loved being in the school band where she played Bass Drum, bells, French horn, and guitar. She also loved cooking; reading; the “Nightmare before Christmas” movie; and most of all she loved taking her son to the Oklahoma City Zoo, and the Science Museum of Oklahoma. Preceding her in death was her mother-Dayla Lanette (Lee) Kuhlman. Survivors include her significant other, Jacob Hodges of the home; 1 son, Aidan James King of Yakima, Washington; her father, Buddy Kuhlman of Oklahoma; 1 sister, Bonnie Jean and her husband Stephen Monholland of Edmond, Oklahoma; grandparents, Dale and Olive Lee of Choctaw, Oklahoma; and Bud and Alice Kuhlman of Jones, Oklahoma; a special Aunt and Uncle, Diane and Darren Montgomery of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; 2 cousins who were more like brothers, Gary James and Ricky James; and 3 special nieces, Leah, Lily, and Leslee. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73141 with burial following at Kolb Cemetery, Spencer, Oklahoma.
