Alecia Bryson, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, passed away on 17 May 2014. Alecia was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Lois and Jerry Lum on 9 March 1970. She is survived by her son, Dean Alan Bryson II of Choctaw, who is serving the Navy in Pearl Harbor Hawaii, her husband, Dean Alan Bryson of Oklahoma City, her parents, Lois and Jerry Lum of Choctaw, her sister Jerri Williams, husband Bradford, and nieces Molly and Rian of Edmond. She is also blessed with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Alecia, a long-time resident of Choctaw, loved deeply her son, nieces, nephew and her many friends and family. She passed along her fun-loving, strong spirit and generous heart to all those lives she touched.
She also had an avid love of the outdoors, including any water sport, hiking, camping and gardening, as well as the talents of drawing, painting, photography, and sewing. There was always room for a stray animal in her heart and home.
Alecia had a special heart for those that serve and have sacrificed supremely for our freedoms. Contributions may be made in her name in lieu of flowers to the Wounded Warrior Project.
