Shona L. Wall

Shona Lynn Wall, age 44, of Ogdensburg, passed away on October 23, 2024, after being stricken at home. Funeral services will be held on Friday October 25, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Fox & Murray Funeral Home, with Deacon Mark Lalonde officiating. Burial will be private for her family. Calling hours will take place also on Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the funeral home.

She is survived by her husband, David Wall; two sons, Brayden Wall of Ogdensburg, Tyler Wall & his fiancé Alexandra of Lakewood, CO; her mother, Linda Woods; her sister, Sommer (Andrew) Friot both of Ogdensburg; half-brothers Craig (Donna) Woods of South Carolina and Mark (Tara) Woods of Boston; brother-in-law Greg (Phyllis) Wall of Ogdensburg; sisters-in-law Paula (Dave) Forsythe of Lisbon and Vicky (Donald) Barry of Adams; her pets Elvis, Saint & Kip; along with several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Shona was predeceased by her father Armand “Woody” and her brother Trevor.

Born on July 1, 1980, in Ogdensburg, Shona was the daughter of Armand and Linda (Kelley) Woods. She graduated from Ogdensburg Free Academy and earned an associate's degree from Canton ATC. Shona married David P. Wall on March 24, 2004. Throughout her career, she worked at BOCES, T-Base Communication and Parker Communications, LLC where she was currently employed.

Shona always put family first and had a passion for attending her children's sporting events, watching the Hallmark Channel and cherished the beauty of the Christmas season, putting her tree up the day after Halloween, and pulling it down by the day after Christmas.
