In Our Heavenly Kingdom and in the Loving Arms of Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is to be found A Beloved Mother, Sister

and Grandmother Virginia Franco Ms. Franco 64, of Odessa passed away Monday October 15, 2012 at The Hospice House

Facility. She was born December 2,1947 in Robstown, Texas to Librado Ortiz Sr. and Irene Garcia. She was a Christian

Catholic and a homemaker, who loved and lived her life to the fullest. She loved the outdoors she would plant a flower or a tree

and it would bloom to the fullest. At a very young age she married Ruben Y. Rodriguez Sr. and they were blessed with 4

beautiful children. After 17 years of marriage they divorced but remained good friends.

In 1985 she met Juan F. Franco who turned out to be the love of her life. They united in marriage immediately and were

together 26 beautiful years before he was called home to be with our Lord and Savior on October 31, 2011. Together they

united a family, She is also preceded in death by Son: Rudy O. Rodriguez, Sister: Maria Elena Soto, Parents; Librado Ortiz

Sr. and Irene Garcia. Ms. Franco is survived by Sons; Juan Franco Jr (Ori) of Dallas, Richard O. Rodriguez of Odessa, Ruben

Y. Rodriguez of Odessa,, Daughter; Angelina R. Ramirez(Remigio) of Odessa, Brothers; Joe Ortiz and Librado Ortiz Jr. Both

of Odessa, Sisters; Rosario Pena of San Antonio, Texas, Minerva Vasquez of Florida, Sylvia Bustillos and Mary Sanchez both

of Odessa, 9 Grandchildren. and a Host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and many Friends.We the Franco Family would like to

take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to each and everyone of you for all your prayers, floral, food, offering

and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time. A special thanks to the following Staff & Personnel, who

cared for mom and gave 100% of themselves to give hope and laughter: Star Care Hospice, and Nurses: Starla Sims, RN.,

Jamie Solomon, LVN, and Shannon Weaver. May God Bless You All Abundantly. Pallbearers will be Her Sons, Grandsons

and Family Friends. Visitation will be held from 8am to 9pm Today Thursday October 18,2012 with a Rosary being recited at

7pm at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Mass will be celebrated 10am Friday October 19, 2012 at Holy Redeemer Catholic

Church with Reverend: Michael Rodriguez officiating. Interment to follow at Ector County Cemetery Rosehill Section.
