Ramona Rodriguez

She started a notary and income tax business in 1973 in South Odessa. Ramona dedicated her life to helping others. Her pride and joy were her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a loving mother and grandmother.

She is preceded in death by: her parents; husband Luis Rodriguez, and 1 brother Felipe Nabarrette.

Ramona is survived by sons; Jesse Rodriguez and wife Corina, Joe Rodriguez, and Jesse Lee Rodriguez all from Odessa, Brothers; Ray Nabarrette of Odessa and Manuel Nabarrette and wife Sulema of Taylor, TX, Sisters; Mary Ann Chacon and husband Raymond of Odessa, Rosie Wiley and husband Mike of Midland, and Lupe Nabarrette of Odessa. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; Jessica Montes, Jason Rodriguez, Jenise Rodriguez, Joe Anthony Rodriguez, Justin Rodriguez, Amanda Rodriguez, and Harley Rodriguez & 9 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday, June 15, 2015 with a Rosary being held at 7pm at Frank W Wilson Funeral Directors Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Michael Rodriguez officiating. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery in Odessa.
