Ramon "Pirate" Huertas Jr.

He was born on May 21, 1963 in Odessa, Texas to Ramon Huertas Sr. and Angelita Galindo. He was preceded in death by his parents, and sister; Martha Huertas. Ramon is survived by brothers; Emilio Huertas of Andrews, Alfredo Huertas and wife Linda of Odessa, sisters; Valentina Mata and husband Danny of Andrews, Yolanda Garcia, Sylvia Alaniz and husband Bobby, Felicita Duenas and Susan Galindo and husband Gavino Cardoza, Patricia Llanez and husband Mario all of Odessa. Tio “Pirate” had a special bond with all his nieces and nephews. he loves them all as much as they all love him. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-9 PM and on Monday from 9 AM until 9 PM at the Odessa Funeral Home. Funeral services have been set for 2 PM on Tuesday July 5, 2011 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Barnes officiating. Internment will follow at Ector County Cemetery (Los Angeles Section). Pallbearers will be T.J. Garcia, Johnny Nabarrette Jr., Mikey Huertas, Jonathan Hill, Elilio Huertas Jr. Mark Huertas, Isaac Huertas, Joey Huertas.
