Mary Dell Whitley Morgan

Mary Dell Morgan went to be with her Lord on Sunday, February 14, 2010. Mary was born August 5, 1926 in Dallas, Texas to Raymond & Pearl Whitley. She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother and is survived by her husband, Doyle B. Morgan of Odessa, one son, Jimmy Delbert Morgan of McKinney, Texas, grandson, Jonathan Morgan of Durant, OK, one sister, Mickey Smith and husband Bill of Athens, Texas and a host of wonderful nieces and nephews.

Along with being a mother and grandmother she worked as a dental assistant for thirty years in Odessa. She and her husband were members of the First Assembly of God Church in Odessa for 51 years.

Many thanks to the wonderful care takers and Hospice staff, doctors and nurses that cared for her in the final months and days of her life.

There will be visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 16, 2010 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Services to celebrate her life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at First Assembly of God Church located at 1101 N. Lee St. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

A reception will follow at the Church.
