Marilyn Gaede

Marilyn Gaede, 78, of Odessa passed away Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at her home. She was born June 19, 1936 in Hamilton, TX to John Q. & Gladys (Draper) Davidson. She was a devoted wife, mother, friend to all and a member of Asbury United Methodist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and husbands W. L. “Bill” Stell, J. L. Gandy & Fred Gaede.

She is survived by her sons, David Stell & wife Linda of Rowlett, TX, Stephen Stell & wife Cindy of Weatherford, TX , Mark Stell & wife Jennette of Roseville, CA, TX; step-son, Tom Gaede & wife Karen of Houston; sister, Doris Spires & husband Gene of Midland; (15) grandchildren; (6) great-grandchildren; Nephew, Gerry Spires of Mesa, AZ; & niece, Connie Gardenhire of Midland.

A visitation with family & friends will be 6 to 8 pm Monday, April 6, 2015 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home. A viewing will be from 10 am to 1 pm Tuesday April 7, at Asbury United Methodist Church.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Asbury United Methodist Church with Rev. Russell Nebhut officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Meals on Wheels of Odessa, 1314 E. 5th St., Odessa, TX 79761.
