I worked with Larry for several years at Gene Sledge drilling company. He was a great mentor and friend.  A good man of faith. See you again my friend.

I first met, "Lambchop", when one of his hands took two weeks off andI took his place. Immediately, I felt like I had known him forever. Larry had a unique personality that put people at ease. As I came to know Larry, one thing stood out, I never heard him curse.  In an environment like the oil patch cursing was pretty much the norm.

In those two weeks, Larry left a lasting impression on me.

I have so many memories it’s hard to just choose one. He taught me how to play Gin Rummy, there was a time where we played dominoes every weekend, going to church with him, and he always had some sort of candy in his shirt pocket. The best memory was when he helped me understand that Jesus Christ was my lord and Savior. I will cherish all memories of our memories forever. Thank you!! Larry for your Love and friendship. 

I will always remember his love for my two children like they were his own grandkids and for being a friend to Dale and I, His love for dogs, I remember one of our dogs loved him because he always had permit candy in his pocket for her. He could always play a mean game of train an chicken foot,  he will be missed. Praying that God gives his wife peace and comfort in the days to come..
