Larry L. Silva 88, went home to be with his Lord and Savior August 15, 2010. He was born August 10, 1922 in Midland to Guadalupe and Ricarda Silva.
He was preceded in death by his wife Susie Silva and his son Larry Lee Silva. Among family members to celebrate his life will be daughters; Sally Ann Presfield of Odessa, Rosie Hernandez of Alvin, Elma Westphal of Midland, Yolanda Flores of Odessa and son Danny Silva of Odessa. Ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
Larry was a veteran of World War II, having served in the Army and Navy.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, August 21, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Chapel Hill Baptist Church 1820 E. 52nd in Odessa.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be sent to Chapel Hill Baptist Church Children’s ministry.
Services are entrusted to Frank W. Wilson Funeral Directors.
