He was the second of five children. Diamond is preceded in death by his grandfather, Willie Holbert; grandmothers, Shirley Jefferson and Cora Holbert; aunts, Doris Jean Davis and Linda Faye Davis; and uncle, Frank Davis.
He was employed with Lone Star Well Service as a derrick hand. Diamond was an avid car and motorcycle enthusiast, especially liking his yellow hummer! Dressing from head to toe wearing his favorite color of red along with his gold jewelry was his signature style – and he loved, loved, loved his cowboy boots! Shopping time with his daughter, Diamond Alyzae, was always a joy to him. Diamond loved hanging out with his boys, Josh Carter and Billie Beck III, eating shrimp scampi at Red Lobster. Diamond had a deep affection for all of his family and friends. His best friend and Papa (Ronald) was the apple of his eye!
Diamond will be dearly missed by his daughter, Diamond Alyzae Harlan Jefferson of Odessa; mother, Toni Jefferson of Odessa; father, Timothy Holbert of Odessa; brother, Timothy Holbert, Jr. of Odessa; three sisters, Latoya Holbert (Nicholas) of Dallas, Teona Holbert and Paizely Holbert, both of Odessa; Papa and best friend, Ronald Lee (Toni) of Odessa; two uncles, Furman Davis (Donna) of Odessa and Terry Holbert (Nena) of Odessa; aunt, Connie Washington of Aurora, CO; and a host of cousins and friends.
