Billie Jo Bannister, 86 of Odessa passed away at, Madison Medical Resort in Odessa on Saturday, January 6, 2018. Billie was survived by her daughter, Debra Lynn Hernandez and husband Ruben of Odessa; grandchildren, Shawn Fossett and wife Holly of Odessa, Kristina Villesca and husband David of Odessa, Stephen Peterson of Topeka, KS, Stacie Haas of Topeka, KS, Stephanie Elliott of Topeka, KS; and (15) great grandchildren. Billie was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Bannister and her daughter, Sharon Moon. A special thank you to all the nurses and CNA’s at Madison Medical Resort and Star Hospice. Family gathering will be held at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Tuesday, January 9, 2018, 7 to 9 PM. Services for Billie are Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at 2:00 PM in Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Bratcher officiating. Burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
