Antonio M. Porras

Mr. Porras was 73 years old and a resident of Odessa. He was surrounded by his loving family when he passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas. He was born April 25, 1942 in Big Spring Texas, to Jesus Porras & Dolores Mendoza.

He was a Roman Catholic and a Business Owner.

He is preceded in death by parents and his 5 brothers, Pasqual Porras, Jose Porras, Jesus Porras Jr, Benito Porras & Pedro Porras and 2 sisters , Petra Porras & Maria Vela.

Mr. Porras is survived by loving wife, Irma Porras of Odessa; Daughters, Racheal C Porras & Debra A Porras - Gonzales and Son-in-Law Louis Gonzales, all from Lubbock Texas; Rebecca L Porras of Dallas, Texas, and Jennifer M Porras-Rash and Brian Rash of Austin, Texas; Sister, Isadora Porras-Guerrero, of Shreveport L.A. 2 Grandchildren, Sarah and Isabella Gonzales of Lubbock TX and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

We, the Porras Family, would like to take this time and express our utmost sincere gratitude to each and every one of you for all your prayers, floral arrangements, food, offering and especially your presence with us during this most difficult time. May God bless you all abundantly. Pallbearers will be: Mathew Garcia, Edgar Pena, Gilbert Towns ,Daniel Porras, Robert Porras and Peter Porras.

Visitation will be held Saturday January 2, 2016 from 6pm to 9pm & on Sunday January 03, 2016 from 1pm to 9pm at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary at 7pm.

Mass will be celebrated at 11am Monday, January 04, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with Reverend: Isidore Ochiabuto officiating.

Inurnment will be held privately at a later date.
