Alejandro Martinez Sr. 70 years of age passed away on September 6, 2011 at Medical Center Hosptial. He was born on July 27, 1941 in Mission, Texas. He is survived by his wife; Esperanza Martinez of Odessa, sons; Alejandro Martinez Jr and wife Lynn of Round Rock, Julio Cesar Martinez and wife Mayra of Odessa, Omar Martinez and wife Leticia of Sherman, daughter; Anna Erwin of Wichita Falls, brothers; Armando Martinez and Efren Martinez both of Grandview,Tx., sister; Elida Flores of Sullivan City, Tx. and 8 grandchildren; A Prayer service will be held at 7 pm on Thursday September 8, 2011 at Odessa Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services are scheduled for 2 PM on Friday at Belmont Baptist Church with Reverend John McLemore officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
