Born in Omaha, NE August 28th, 1946, he was adopted by Gardner and Dorothy Hall. They moved to Oakville, WA when he was two years old. There he graduated from Oakville High School in 1964, followed by Olympic College with an Associate Degree. He joined the Army, for which he served 22 years, leaving as a 2nd Lieutenant. He received 3 Purple Hearts and did over 1,000 parachute jumps serving in the 82nd and 173rd Airborne, Special Forces, and Military Police. He was part of the "Herd" with his fellow comrades in Escondido, CA.. He also belonged to Purple Heart in Oceanside, CA.
He married Ann Faulk in 2005 and between the two of them he had 4 children, 3 step-sons, 20 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson - all who knew him as Grandpa, Grandpa Tim, Papa, Grandpa Rat.
He passed away July 23rd, 2020 at home from a long battle with cancer and Parkinson's Disease.
