Sara Garcia Garza

Sara was born in Yorktown, Tx. on October 3rd, 1933. She married Fortino Garza Sr. in 1948 and lived her life as a homemaker. Fortino and Sara moved to California in 1952; Fortino, Sara, and family moved to 855 N. Emerald Dr. Vista, Ca. in 1957.

She lived her life serving God and entered eternal rest on Friday, May 20th, 2022 at 7:10 a.m. at Vista Gardens Memory Care.

Sara is survived by her 7 remaining children- Fortino Garza Jr., Evangelina Garza Martinez, Lupe Garza Tellez, Esther Garza Trevino, Samuel Garza Sr., Luis Garza Sr., and Manuel Garza Sr.- her 23 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, 4 adopted great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

She is joined in heaven with her beloved husband, Fortino Garza Sr. and 3 children- Fredrick Garza, Joseph Garza Sr., and Enoc Garza.

Services will be held Wednesday, June 15th, 2022 at 6 p.m. at Apostolic Assembly Church in Vista, Ca. for Sara Garcia Garza, 88 years old. Interment will be on Thursday, June 16th, 2022 at 12 p.m. at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, Ca.
