Robert D. Stockton passed away March 8, 2011. Bob was born January 14, 1926 in O'Donald, Texas and was one of seven children. Bob is survived by his wife of 20 years, Edna Cumberland Stockton whom he married on September 7, 1990. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Beverly Edwards Stockton.
Bob is also survived by his two children, Robert A. Stockton (Kelli) and Karen Holden (David), 7 grandchildren: Heather Stockton, Adam Stockton, Nathan Stockton, (Sarah) Jonathan Holden (Amy), Lauren Holden, Melody Holden, Noelle Uzzi (Peter) and three great grandchildren: Jordan, Rages, and Winter. He also had four step-children, six step-grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
Bob was in the Navy in World War II and served in the Philippines. He as a Real Estate Broker for many years primarily in Oceanside and Vista. He was a member of Vista Elk Lodge #1968. he and Edna loved to dance. Bob will be missed or remembered by all who knew him.
