Roberts family was the most important thing in his life. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Rosemary Scalo, fours sons, Mark, Michael, Paul and John, four granddaughters, Victoria, Gabrielle, Cary, and Lia, sisters Mary Jane and Jody, brother James.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 9:00am - 11:00am at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at 1:30pm at Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Scalo's final resting place will be Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego, California.
Military honors United States Navy.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
