He is survived by his sisters, Jeanette Orozco, Barbara Apodaca, and Mary Chavez, and brother, Joe Padilla.
A visitation will be held Thursday, March 3, 2011 from 4-8 pm at Eternal Hills Chapel in Oceanside, California.
A funeral service will be held Friday, March 4, 2011 at 1:00 pm at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Vista, California.
Richard's final resting place will be at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
