November 8, 2015 at 12:45 a.m. He had been suffering the debilitating effects of the disease, Multiple Systems Atrophy, and other medical conditions over 11 years. With his wife by his side as his full-time care taker, he was able to find comfort as he physically battled this unimaginable and disabling illness. He fought like a true soldier and has earned his wings in Heaven. Now his soul is at rest.
Ralph was born in San Antonio, Texas on December 10, 1956. He had a magnetic personality with a contagious smile! He lived his life with purpose and passion as he dedicated his time and energy to serving his family; his country in the Unites States Marine Corps; his community by inspiring others with his leadership abilities as he ran for Oceanside City Councilman, and his customers as a professional and honest auto mechanic. We are truly blessed to have had him in our lives.
He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, nephew, brother in-law, friend and just an amazing man all around.
He is survived by his loving wife, Luzemma, children and grandchildren.
