Age 66, died peacefully at thome on March 27, 2023 in Carlsbad, CA after a courageous battle with cancer.
Neal was born Oct. 26, 1956. in Los Angeles, CA and was raised by Stanley and Florence Sachs.
He enjoyed being a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley and helped many better understand their
finances.
Neal is survived by his wife of 9 years, Trish Sachs, 3 children of his own, 3 children by marriage and one grandchild, 2 brothers and numerous others.
Neal had a calm, kind and thoughtful personality and was known for enjoying fitness. He touched many lives with his generosity and passion for life. Besides spending time with family, Neal enjoyed traveling, fine arts, good food, river rafting and football.
