Lois was a long-time resident of Oceanside, CA where she lived after retirement, near several family members. She had a long career with Imperial County Social Services. Lois is survived by 9 of her 10 children, 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, and is predeceased by her husband and 1 child. Her kids often joined her to watch Christmas movies in July, any Angeline Jolie movie, or her favorite movie, Dirty Dancing, and they indulged her coffee cup, teddy bear and watch collecting. Lois passed away on July 25, 2018 at the age of 91. The viewing will be Aug 1, 10am-12pm, at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, CA. Internment will be Aug 2, 2018 at Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro, CA.
