Kay Ann Richter, 66, of Oceanside, California, passed away December 16, 2012. She was born in Dearborn Heights, Michigan on September 13, 1946.
Kay Ann Richter worked as a bookkeeper in the construction industry.
She is survived by her son: Jeffri Richter, son: Timothy Richter, grandson: Austin Laverty, granddaughter: Ashlee Laverty, sister: Noni Spehar, family, and friends.
Funeral arrangements will be held from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Friday, December 21, 2012 at Eternal Hills Mortuary in Oceanside, California.
