She is survived by her mother, Maureen Talbot, brother, Matthew Talbot, relatives, and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17, 2014 at 10:00am at Faith Lutheran Church at 700 E. Bobier Drive in Vista, California.

Kathleen Talbot's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.

Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
