Kathy attended University High School and was a soloist in the "Westside Story" musical during her senior year. She went on to college in Hawaii where she developed a love for the islands. It was here where she became engaged to the love of her life Gary Greenberg. They Married on April 11, 1970, and have been married for over 48 years.
After Working as a secretary for a short period Kathy decided to become a real estate agent. In 1976, Kathy joined Century 21 Walk-In there she was recognized as one of their top agents and a multi-million dollar award recipient. Kathy later move to Century 21 Emery and there achieved the $13 million dollars in sales mark for a single year. She was the first agent in the Century 21 system to achieve the Centurion award 10years in a row. throughout her real estate career, Kathy achieved Top Listing Agent and Top Producer for the Huntington Beach/Fountain Valley Board amongst many other achievements. Kathy and Gary later became a successful team with prudential realty. She was inspiration to many of her fellow agents and one of the most respected agents in the real estate industry for her dedication to her clients.
Kathy developed many long-lasting friendships in her lifetime from California to Hawaii and throughout the world. Her infectious smile and loving personality would make you feel so warm and comfortable you couldn't help but want to be her friend.
She and Gary retired in 2010 and moved to Hawaii to enjoy their Golden Years. There they began traveling the world. Taking cruises with friends and visiting many different countries, Kathy was always an adventurous Lady. Some of Kathy's hobbies included being in her garden and attending to her flower, painting friend's cabinet doors, watching old movies, reading a good book, and going to yoga. Kathy had loved for animals too. She believed in rescuing her fur babies. Her latest rescues were Teddy and Lollipop who returned to California earlier this year with her and Gary from Hawaii.
