Judy passed away peacefully the morning of January 29th, 2021 at the age of 49. Judy was a 1989 graduate of Oceanside High School and had a large circle of friends. Judy loved music and was an avid Prince fan. She is survived by her father Jacob W. Hughes Jr (Cheryl) of Azusa CA, mother Juanita B. Hughes of Oceanside CA, sister Juanita W. Winns (Gary) of San Diego CA, brother Jacob W. Hughes III (Donya) of Fallbrook CA, brother Joel W. Hughes (Alicia) of Temecula CA, brother Joseph C. Hughes (Jennifer) of Pasadena CA, brother James C. Hughes (Rebecca) of Sparks NV, and a whole host of nieces and nephews. Judy touched the lives of so many people and will be truly missed. Judy was preceded in death by her sister Jeri and brother John. She will always be remembered for her sense of humor and her love of family.
