Joshua was preceded in death by his grandfather, Randal Martin and Jasmine Gatter.
He is survived by his father, L. Scott Gatter, Mom, Elaine Riesgo Gatter, mother Gloria Avalos, sisters, Lynda Jensen, Jennifer Falvey, Karla Ochoa, and Kelia Ochoa-Montepe. grandparents, Susanna Martin and Alice Riesgo, aunts and uncles, Devin Gatter, Tamra Beardon, Linda Ruben, David Riesgo and Joe Riesgo, cousins, Angela Mooney, Desiree Navalta, Nicole Riesgo, Lindsay Ruben Gott, Noelle Riesgo, Natasia Riesgo, Summer Rae Martinez, Tori Riesgo, Michael Riesgo, Justin Gatter, Katelyn Gatter, Jacob Gatter, Randi Martin, Robert Martin, David Bearden, and Roseanna Blanton. God Children, Veronica and Ray Martinez, family, relatives, and many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 10:00am at Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel in Oceanside, California.
Joshua's final resting place will be Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
