It is with great sadness that the family of John Michael Laskowski announces his passing on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at the age of 61 years, after a long, tough battle with cancer. John grew up in California, but moved to Idaho 24 years ago. Even though he lived in Idaho, he missed California, so it is fitting for him to be brought back to California where he may lay at rest.
John worked for the United States Postal Service for 33 years, and retired a few months before his passing. He was also a master craftsman who enjoyed wood working and building furniture in his spare time. John will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
John is survived by his sons Adam and Blake, and predeceased by his parents, and his sister Darlene. There will be a service for John at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on Monday July 23rd at 11am.
