He is survived by parents, David and Katherine Humeniuk, wife, April Banks, daughter, Genevieve Banks, son, Tre Banks, and, brothers and sisters, Charity, Faith, Jeremiah, and Jude, relatives, and friends.
A visitation will be held on Friday, May 18, 2012 at 9:30 am followed by a celebration of life service on
Friday, May 18, 2012 at 10:00 am at Eternal Hills Memorial Chapel in Oceanside, California.
Mr. Banks' final resting place will be eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, California.
