Frank Anthony Torres passed away on October 22, 2021. He was born on September 16, 1968. A viewing will be on Wednesday, November 17, 2021, from 4-8 pm @ Eternal Hills Mortuary Chapel with the Rosary starting at 5:00 pm. Eulogy will follow.
A Mass will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 10:30 a.m. St Marks Catholic Church in San Marcos with burial to follow at Eternal Hills Cemetery.
