Cynthia (Cindee) Delois Carter was born May 19, 1963 to the parents of Dorothy and Webster Carter who preceded her in death. Cynthia received her early years of education in the Los Angeles School District, graduating high school in Orange Co. California. Cynthia attended college in CA majoring in Criminal Justice. While living in Texas she pursued higher education studying in Business Management.
Cynthia never met a stranger. She had a unique way of leaving you with an everlasting impression. Cynthia was an extraordinary woman. For years she volunteered her time and expertise to multiple charities and fundraisers throughout California and Texas. Cynthia will be especially remembered by her quick wit, spirit for adventure and laughter.
She leaves to cherish her memories two brothers, Webster Jr. and Terry and a host of family and friends.
Arrangements are under the direction of Eternal Hills Memorial Park, Mortuary, and Crematory, Oceanside, California.
