Carlos Ruben Mendez was born on May 1, 1976 to Leonides and Irma Mendez in San Diego county. Carlos is survived by his mother, Irma, sisters Norma, Judy and Susana. Carlos resided in the city of Encinitas with his mother, Irma.
Carlos was very generous with a big open heart to whom ever he came across. He sure did provide that extra laughter to our family.
Carlos is now reunited with our beloved father Leonides. He will be truly missed.
