Martin Richard Gale

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, the Hon. Bette E. Uhrmacher (Ret.), his daughter Jessica Gale, son-in-law Sunny Dubey and grandson Henry, and daughter Dana Hefter, son-in-law Ryan and grandsons Austin and Grayson. He is predeceased by his father and mother, Harry and Sally Gale, and sister Joan Lang.

Marty was born and raised in Elizabeth, New Jersey. He was a graduate of Dartmouth College and received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. A 40+ year resident of Little Silver, Marty was an avid sailor and runner who enjoyed doing charity work. He is a past Chairman of the Central Jersey Red Cross, having served on the Board for a number of years.

Services will be held at Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels in Ocean Township at 1pm on Tuesday, December 19.
