She was a lifelong schoolteacher in Orange County, Florida and was a friend to all. After retirement, she and her husband Don moved to their cabin home in Franklin, NC where she was an active member in Morrison Presbyterian Church and the Garden Club.
‘Jeannie’ is survived by her three children, Karen (Duane), Kevin and Kathy; five grandchildren: Chris, Eric, Justin, Kyle, Shelby, and nine great grandchildren Ava, Brett, Devyn, Piper, Silas, Everett, Raegan, Roan, and Eleanor. She was preceded in death by her husband Don Schoenle and daughter-in-law, Elayne George.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, April 26th at Woodlawn Memorial Park and Funeral Home,400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, Florida 34734.
