Rosline Agatha Johnson, born on December 16th, 1934, in Prospect, Manchester, Jamaica, passed away peacefully at the age of 89. She was the cherished daughter of Lolita Agatha Davy, fondly known as Mother Liz. After her education at Prospect Primary School, Rosline relocated to Kingston.
In 1957, Rosline encountered the love of her life, George Johnson, who affectionately called her June, marking the unforgettable month of their meeting. They exchanged vows on December 10th, 1960, when Rosline was 21 years old. Shortly thereafter, accompanied by her daughter, Dothyln Elizabeth Francis, Rosline joined George in London. While in London, they raised their son Shane for many years before immigrating to America.
In America, Rosline diligently pursued a green card to reunite her family, successfully bringing over her husband and son in 1989. Together, Rosline and George worked tirelessly side by side until their well-deserved retirement. They fulfilled their dream of building a home where they spent countless happy years with their loyal companion, their dog AJ.
Rosline will be deeply missed by her daughter Liz, son and daughter-in-law Shane and Althia, granddaughters Alethea and Athena, as well as her beloved cousins, friends, and extended family.
