Philip J. Kimble

Phil was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving for 9 years. He received the Good Conduct and specialized in nuclear weapons. He was a member of Navy Nuclear Weapons Association.

He was retired from NY Central Railroad after 13 years. Phil then moved to Florida and worked as a postal clerk for 30 years in Naples and Belleview, Florida.

He enjoyed building HO Gauge trains and building furniture and woodworking. Phil was also very proud that he was a 50 galloon blood donor.

Survivors include his beloved wife of 64 years, Phyllis Stilson Kimble; children, Art Kimble, Terri (Al) Coons and Annette Kimble; one granddaughter, Tabitha (Tim) Adams and two great grandsons, Garrett and Tyler Adams.

A Graveside Service will be Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 11:30am at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
