Migdalia was Catholic by faith. She moved to Miami, Florida in 1962 from Cuba. Migdalia later moved to Belle Glade, Clewiston and back to Miami before making Ocala her home in 2021.
She was a business manager for Columbia Electric, which was her husband’s business and also enjoyed working in retail sales.
Migdalia was New York Yankees' biggest fan and loved traveling; especially to Italy and Argentina.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Juan Antonio Castineira; brothers, Ernesto and Guillermo Alfonso and son-in-law, Peter Arroyo.
Survivors include her children, Mayra (Manley) Cobia, Barbara Arroyo, Ana (Tim) McCrink and Johnny (Jennifer) Castineira; six grandchildren and one great grandson on the way, Leonardo Lutty.
The viewing will be from 2:00 pm-6:00 pm, Saturday, July 20, 2024, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 5740 South Pine Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34480 with a Wake Service from 5:00-5:30 pm.
