James “Jim” Howard Geer was a caring husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He left this world on September 2, 2022 at the age of 85. He was born to Carl and Minta Geer in Columbus, Ohio on June 26, 1937. After graduating high school, he served in the Air Force for nine years. After his military service, he worked as a plumber for the majority of his life.
Jim was preceded in death by his sister Jane Edmister, brother Wayne Geer, daughter Rebecca Geer. He is survived by his wife, Sharon Geer, daughter Brandy Demes and son-in law Michael Demes, son Erickson Geer, son Randall Geer, son Daniel Geer, daughter Deborah Geer, brother Robert Geer and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
