Claudine Richardson Thomas, 90, a resident at The Bridge of Ocala, passed away on March 4, 2022. She was born in Sharon Springs, Kansas, on December 6, 1931. She was the Salutatorian of the Graduating Class of 1949, at Wallace County High School in Sharon Springs, Kansas. She married her high school sweetheart, Wesley Thomas, on September 16, 1951. After moving to various parts of the country they settled in Ocala where Claudine later worked at Sears in Department Management and Sales. She had a passion for family gatherings, water sports, quilting and sewing, cooking and baking, gardening, and painting. She is survived by her daughters, Melanie Hickman (husband Billy Hickman) of Hahira, Georgia, Tracy Nuetzi (husband Greg Nuetzi) of Gainesville, Florida, and her son, Clinton Thomas (wife Suzanne Thomas) of Green Cove Springs, Florida, grandchildren Jason White, Doug White, Carrie Cocke, Justin Hickman, Derrick Nuetzi, Marlyn Sexton, Weston Nuetzi, Dylan Nuetzi, and Lakin Thomas, and great grandchildren Grace White, Will White, Clara Cocke, Lola Cocke, Henry Hickman, Lily Nuetzi, Kyla Nuetzi, Abby Nuetzi, William Sexton, Libby Sexton, Elena Nuetzi, Jaxson Nuetzi, Aria Nuetzi, and Sawyer Nuetzi. She is preceded in death by her husband Wesley Thomas and daughter Lesley White (surviving husband Wayne White.) Grave side service will be held at Forrest Lawn Cemetery on Saturday, March 26, 2022, at 1:00 p.m.
A graveside service for C will be held Saturday, March 26, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens, 5740 South Pine Ave, Ocala, FL 34480.
