Barbara Jacobs

Barbara Ann Jacobs, 75, of Summerfield, FL and formerly of Connecticut and Pennsylvania, passed away on October 25th 2017 in Ocala, FL. She was born to parents Emmanuel & Pansy Morgan in Pennsylvania. Barbara married Steven Jacobs on April 7th, 1973 in Connecticut and they were together until she passed.

Barbara was a lovable woman, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loved her family dearly and was particularly close to them. She had three sons who she cherished. She loved to travel, across most of the United States and she loved to go on cruises. She loved to bake with her grandchildren and complete puzzles. She spent most of her professional career as a Secretary with the Federal Government attached to the Navy.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Steven; three sons, James, Aaron, and David; 11 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ida and Ellen and many other friends, family, and loved ones.

Visitation of Friends and Family will be held on Monday, November 6, 2017 from 5pm to 7pm with Funeral Services on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 11am at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

Barbara will be laid to rest in a private cemetery following funeral services.
