Dear Bea,

I'm so sorry to hear of Robert's passing.  I worked with Robert off and on  during his tenure at PG&E and remember his warm and friendly smile.  Whenever we ran across each other throughout the years, he would always take the time to catch up and ask how things were going - he was such a gentle soul. My favorite memories of Robert are of him and Bea together, making us laugh and making each other laugh. I loved, how they clearly loved each other’s company. This picture is my favorite example of them enjoying each other.

I was so sorry to hear that Robert had passed away.  I apologize for not being a better friend to a man that inspired me and helped to shape my future.  I once told Robert I wished he could have been the brother I never had.  I wish the best to Bea and the family.

I am so saddened to hear this news. Robert was such a wonderful person, a great husband and dad, with his fantastic sense of humor, that smile.... 
Will miss him dearly as I'm sure so many others will.
