Some people come into our lives, leave footprints on our hearts, and we are never the same. That was Norma.  Her kindness and generosity can never be matched. She will live on forever in our hearts. 

Norma will be greatly missed.  May her soul and spirit be reunited with loved ones in Heaven.  

I worked with Norma at Pacific Bell in San Francisco from 1995-1998.  She was always very sweet and friendly.  She was always supportive and helpful answering all of my questions pertaining to our work.
