Finas was born on September 28, 1958, in Oakland, CA. He was the sixth of seven children born to Finas Rabb, Sr. and Ethel Verlee Rabb.
He attended Oakland Public Schools and graduated from Castlemont High School in 1976.
Junior, as his family affectionately referred to him as, enjoyed and mastered a host of interests and hobbies including photography, caring for horses, and he also had a great fondness for dogs. Music; however, was his true passion. He taught himself to play multiple instruments, in fact.
He met the love of his life, Tammy Price, and their love produced two sons: Finas, III and Justin Tyree Rabb.
Junior relocated to Louisville, Kentucky where he was introduced and received Christ into his life.
He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memory, three sons, Finas, III, Justin Tyree, and Stephen; six grandchildren; four sisters; two brothers, and a host of relatives and friends.
