Greg D. Foster

Greg was born on February 4th, 1949 in Carmel, Ca to Garland and Grace Foster. Greg passed away December 18th, 2022 at the age of 73.

Greg is survived by his wife Debbie Foster; son Cody; daughter Heather; stepson Michael and stepdaughter Michelle. Grandchildren Brody; step grandchildren Deanna and Alex. Brother Gary and wife Miriam and family.

Greg's career started as a packer at Yosemite National Park and was then employed by Buckenau Ranch from 1971 to 1993 before creating his own business “Raymond Fence”. He then became a contract worker for the Lazy K Ranch overseeing the fence building operations for their location at Soquel. He also did day work, fence building and weed eating for many families and individuals.

Greg's interest included golf with his buddies; making homemade ice cream for his friends and family; playing Zilch with friends at the Hills Pride; and sharing his work ethic through tasks and his love for the high country with his grandson.

A private memorial will be held at a later date.
