Wilma Dorothy (Sell) Trueman, 98, passed away May 1, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Wilma was born in Kansas and moved to Chicago where she met and married her soulmate, James (Jim) Trueman. They shared 71 years of joyful marriage and raised their six children in Hillside, Illinois. James passed away in 2011, and there wasn’t a day since then that Wilma didn’t mourn for him. Wilma was the loving mother of Heather (Wayne) Bongean, James Jr. (Cecelia), Holly (Michael) Urie, Candy (Jeff) Meath, Wendy (Rich) Felder, and the late Laurel (Wesley) Bieritz; Dear grandmother of Sue, Lynn, Mark, Meredith, Jeanne, Allison, Jay, Sunshine, Holly, Bridget, James III, Matt, Brett, Valerie, Chris, and Brittany; Great-grandmother of Dominique, Sarah, Courtney, Jacquelin, John (Andrew), Kory, Michael Jr., Nicky, Skylar, Laurel, Logan, Jacob, Jason, Annabelle, Griffin, Scotty, Jackson, James IV (Cullen) and Oliver; Fond sister of the late Lenora, George, Dorothy, Edna and Jackie. Besides raising a lovely family, Wilma worked continually in the food service and management, business, retiring at age 82. She was a kind and caring person who was loved and is missed by all who knew her. Wilma’s kindness and caring extended to the needy and even to the animal world.
