Joseph was a loving Husband to Charlene. Joseph was a loving Father to Jeffrey, John, Susan, and Joel. Joseph was a loving Father-in-law to Judy, Kelley, Eugene, and Jenni. Joseph was a loving Grandpa to Brittni, Brandon, Jacob, Aidan, Gavin, Emily, Marli, Delaney, Aleena, Ella, and Charlie. Joseph was a loving Uncle of many and Joseph was a loving friend of many!!! Joseph was the cherished son of Emily Kleszynski and Frank Smrz and the loving Brother of Patricia and Howard Zingraf.

Joseph and Charlene were Married for 60 years and dated for five years before being together 65 years. Joseph was a Veteran of the U.S. Marines. Joseph was a Sox fan. Joseph retired after 32 years from General Motors Electro-Motive Division and then continued to work in the railroad industry.

Joseph was involved in his children’s lives enjoying baseball, Boy Scouts, Indian Guides, and Indian Princesses. Joseph enjoyed family camping in a tent, then a camper, and then a dream come true… a Lake Home. Joseph always wanted to share the “Diamond” on Fisher Lake with the Moon so brightly shining on the water! Joseph was a “Joe of all trades.”

Joseph’s Loving Life was a gift to all and Joseph will be dearly missed and Lovingly remembered!!
