James N. Vlahos. Husband. Father. Gentleman. At rest September 10, 2022. Cherished husband of the late Patricia (nee Ramos) and beloved father of Nicholas James Vlahos. Born in Vlahioti, Laconia Greece, the eldest son of the late Nikolaos and the late Maria (Heotis) Vlahos. Brother of the late Gust (Bessie) Vlahos, Andreas (Antonia) Vlahos, the late Steve (Pitsa) Vlahos and Helen Vlahos Mallios. Dearest uncle of sixteen and great- or great-great-uncle of over twenty five. Godfather of Dr. Scott Schieber. Family and friends will gather on Thursday September 15 for a visitation from 4:00 PM to 8:00 p.m. at Chapel Hill Gardens West Funeral Home 17W201 Roosevelt Rd., Oakbrook Terrace. Funeral services will be held Friday September 16, 10:00 a.m. at Holy Apostles Greek Orthodox Church, 2501 S Wolf Rd, Westchester, IL 60154. Interment to follow at Elmwood Cemetery, River Grove. Eternal be his memory.
