James (Jim ) Ferrier passed away peacefully on August 23, 2014 at his home in the Beverly area of the South side of Chicago. He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Teri O'Neill-Ferrier. Loving father to Nicole and Charles Ferrier. Caring step-father to Brendan and Colin O'Neill. Adored grandfather to Dylan Ferrier. Dear brother of Gail Knudson and Mary Ferrier. Fond brother-n-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many. Visitation will be Saturday, October 4 at Chapel Hill West in Oakbrook Terrace from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. A memorial service will immediately follow.
